...as described, was great. *only downside was the single bed that had a really thin mattress. I weigh 97kg, I'd really feel sorry for someone 100kg plus on that bed.

This is such a great place to stay, clean, tidy and comfortable bed. Parking is plentiful. either in garage or on road. Very responsive, confirmed booking within half hour. I honestly wish I didn't waste my time and $ elsewhere before spending my last night in perth here. Thank you soo much.

I stayed here for one night after arriving late from the airport and it was perfect for that. Easy check-in, comfortable, and everything was clean. Exactly what I needed for a smooth first night. Would definitely recommend!

My wife and I had a wonderful stay and were very happy with the layout and well-equipped kitchen. Everything we needed was available, and all the appliances and materials for cooking and washing worked flawlessly. We thoroughly enjoyed our six nights here, made even better by the lovely weather. The host was responsive, friendly, and easy to communicate with. We highly recommend this place and would definitely choose it again when visiting Perth. Nothing to complain about at all!

Overall good value, nice and safe place to stay, we enjoyed flexible self check in, the lock on the door for our room and enjoyed the kitchen facilities. Liked the adjoining toilet and shower (good pressure and hot water). The linen provided was clean and sufficient for the weather. Clean and modern, but a little poky- the door to shut the adjoining bathroom and the toilet door to use is a little cramped, but we made it work. The bed we slept on was on the cheaper end. We could feel the springs adjust as we moved on it. Overall was doable, we got a reasonable nights sleep and only there for a couple of nights, but just wanted to comment on that. We had a car, but we parked out the front as there was only one car bay in the garage and it could be tight to get in and out of if there is already someone using it etc. Would stay here again if I was needing to be in the area. (This location was convenient for a two day workshop I was attending for work.) Thanks for your hospitality.
